Putu ayu is a cake made from wheat flour, grated coconut, granulated sugar, egg and cocoa powder.
Before we make a putu ayu let's prepare the ingredients first:
170 gr wheat flour
200 gr sugar
2 eggs jutir
1 tsp sp
30 gr of chocolate powder
300 ml of UHT milk
1/2 tsp vanil
to taste coconut shredded
to taste salt
The first step shake the eggs, sp and sugar in mexer until fluffy, add the uht milk while still in the mixer with high speed then put the flour and chocolate little by little while in mix with low strength.
The second step to prepare steamed water that has boiled.
The third step of the steam that already in his water ready to boil
the fourth step dough input into the existing mold of coconut 2/3.
The fifth step steamed with a large fire 15 minutes
