Hey these are really easy and fun and tasty, check them out:
50gm honey
30gm butter
1 egg
100 gm sugar
2 spoons cocoa
baking powder
cinnamon
nutmeg
grated or powdered ginger to taste
Multiply all ingredients by three to make loads 😋
Mix and roll 5-7 mm thick, that's a third of an inch, cut out and put in oven mid-range heat for 10 minutes, take out before they brown.
We make them three weeks before and they soft and delicious!
You can decorate with mixing lemon juice and icing sugar when they are cool and leave to harden...
