Looks fantastic. Just as a suggestion have you tried cooking and baking with pure , natural HONEY. If not my mother used to use it for those purposes but she would cut back on the amount up to 25% (instead of 1cup she would reduce by a 1/4 cup) it would be a 3 or 4 batch project to get the amount the way you would prefer it for sweetness. It is your choice it still look inviting using white sugar.
