I kept trying to make my own sourdough starter so I would not have to use commercial yeast, but after about 10 failures of it not being strong enough to make the dough rise I went back to commercial yeast. I swear anything that has to do with baking or Pastry recipes hates me. It may be a blessing in disguise how ever. I dont think I can handle those carbs lol.
heheh yeah its hard to make it! i failed the other day when i tried to make my own, so annoying!!!
lol now I don't feel so bad knowing that I wasn't the only one that struck out hahahaha.
