This cake doesn't contain cream because my family do not like to eat cream, so there is no cream to decorate , I just put some nuts and fruits, but does not affect its delicious . Do you like cream ?
Ingredients:
- Low-gluten flour 200g
- eggs 10
- corn oil 70g
- sugar 50 (beat in egg yolk)
- sugar 80 (beat in egg white)
- milk 140g
Topping :
- kiwi fruit
- yellow peaches
- pistachio nuts
Instructions:
1 Beat an egg and separate egg white and yolk, they are put in two large bowl respectively ,there is no oil and no water in the bowls .
2 Add sugar in yolks, stir evenly, add milk, add corn oil, stir well.
Sieve the flour , and put it into the egg yolk mixture, use a rubber scraper to mix well.
3 Use electric hand beater to whisk the egg whites until pale and fluffy , then beat in sugar in three times until stiff . when you hold electric hand beater up ,you can see standing angular shape on the top of the egg white .
4 Put the meringue in yolk in three times ,each time needs to stir evenly .
Don't stir too long .
5 put the batter into a mould
6 Preheat the oven to 150-160 degrees ,bake it for about 50 minutes until risen ,light golden .a skewer inserted into the middle comes out clean.
7 Cool in the tins for 10 mins, then gently remove and leave to cool completely.
8 Slices it into two parts .
9 Sprinkle some diced pistachio nuts and fruit on the bottom of it .
add in some yelllow peaches
10 cover the upper of it . slice the kiwi and put them on the top of it .
Best eaten on the day . enjoy it !
无奶油水果蛋糕
今天做的这款蛋糕,由于家里人都不喜欢吃奶油,所以没有奶油装饰,我只放了一些坚果和水果,但不影响它的美味哦!
自己动手做的好处就是喜欢什么放什么。
原料:
低筋面粉 200g
鸡蛋10个
玉米油 70g
糖25(放蛋黄里)
糖50(放蛋清里)
牛奶140g
做法:
1 鸡蛋分离蛋清和蛋黄,都放入无油无水的大碗中。
低筋面粉过筛,过筛之后蛋糕才会更细腻,均匀。
2 蛋黄里加入糖,搅拌均匀,加入牛奶,加入玉米油,搅拌均匀。加入低筋面粉,拌匀。
3 蛋清先用电动打蛋器打发小泡泡,然后加入20g糖,继续搅打,再加入15g糖,继续搅打一会儿,加入其余的糖,打发至干性泡发。
4 把打发好的蛋白霜分3次加入蛋黄糊里。上下拌匀。不要过度搅拌哦。
5 拌匀的面糊倒入模具中,不要倒满,蛋糕受热会膨胀起来。
6 烤箱预热,150-160度 50分钟至表面金黄,用牙签扎进中间,抽出牙签干净整洁就是好了。
7 烤好的蛋糕立即倒扣,凉凉脱模。
8 把原型的蛋糕切成两片,方形的去掉四边,切割整齐,再切两半。把一片撒上坚果和水果,盖上上面的,最上面用喜欢的水果装饰一下,简单的坚果水果蛋糕就完成了!
