1 lb. ground chicken, mixed with 1/2 cup to 1 cup of mozzarella and/or parmesan cheese, salt and pepper, and garlic powder.
Form ground chicken blend on wax paper or silicone baking mat in four equal amounts, in the shape of very thin crusts.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 22 minutes.
Place any desired toppings on top of crusts. I made two with BBQ sauce, onion, green pepper, and more cheese, and two with onion, green pepper, pepperoni, and mozzarella. Broil for 3 minutes. Enjoy!
I did not follow an exact recipe for this, just took pieces of different ground chicken crust recipes found through searching.
This is awesome! I'm trying this out for sure. I just have to find me some ground chicken hmm
It is awesome, you should definitely try it out. Quite tasty indeed!

Steem ON!
This looks absolutely delicious and easy enough for me to do. I've been eating keto for a few months now and have been too intimidated to try the fathead crusts, but this, this I can do.
You definitely can! The cauliflower crusts aren't too difficult, but I think this is tastier anyway. Enjoy :)
