HELLO AWAKE FRIENDS

Today i will teach you a type of pickle with eggplant , to use with food .

INGREDIENTS

2 eggplants
garlic
carrots
a little fragrant herbs like dried mint or a little coriander or ...
hot peppers
salt , pepper , a little turmeric
apple or grape vinegar

PREPARATION STEPS

First we grill the two eggplants on the fire .
