Rendang Meat is one of the special dishes of Aceh, Rendang as it can not be separated between meat dishes in Aceh, and the following ingredients are:
Material Rendang Aceh:
1 kg of beef, cut into pieces
Bumbu Rendang Aceh:
Thick and thick Santan from 1.5 coconut
1 slice of ginger
6 cloves of red onion
2 white bawng cloves
3 grains of cloves
1 piece of cinnamon
2 candlenuts
2 tablespoons dried chili
1 tsp coriander

How to make Rendang Aceh:
Grind the chili with 2 onion grains, smear on the meat
Slice 4 onion and garlic, then stir-fry with cloves and cinnamon on a pan.
Add the spiced meat to the stir, cook for a while.
Enter the thin coconut milk, cook until the meat is tender.
Coriander coriander, cumin, aniseed, dried chili, turmeric, pepper, pecan and salt.
If the meat is cooked masukkan enter the spice that was ground. Finally enter thick coconut milk.
Cook while stirring until the sauce is almost gone.
