That is such a great advice. With the unnatural diet we eat, we are taking a huge risk. That is why, now, I eat eggs mostly for breakfast. Previously I used to mostly eat white bread, but now I use brown bread. I also now eat more nuts. Chocolate is something I love, and I often indulge in it on the weekends, but for the sake of my health, I should shun it :) Posts like these motivate me to eat healthy food.
