Last night I went to a Korean Barbecue Restaurant (the Japanese call it Yakiniku). At these places you select the raw ingredients and you cook them on a grill on your table.
The places in Hawaii are split between all you can eat and buy ala carte. I went to an ala carte one where you just order the meat and the vegetables separately.
I love going to these once and a while. The only problem is that you leave the restaurant smelling of smoke and garlic.
