Stir the vanilla slice along and gently remove the core with a small knife.
Pour the milk into the pan, adding vanilla grains and an empty pod, as well as a pinch of salt. Put on a fire and put on a slow fire.
The rest of the milk, sugar, starch, yolks pour into a bowl and beat well until a thick foam without lumps. From the milk that is on the fire, remove the vanilla pod, and then pour into it a thick egg-milk mixture.
The mixture should be kept on fire, constantly whipping until a thick mixture forms.
Shape for puddinga (1 liter volume) rinse with cold water and then pour hot mixture into it. Mix the mixture with a special food film so that there are no air bubbles on the surface of the pudding. Then put the pudding in the cold for 4 hours.
While the pudding is standing in the cold, it is necessary to make a strawberry sauce: cut the clean strawberries into slices, mix with sugar and whip with a blender. To get the pudding from the mold, follow the shape approximately to the middle or slightly above put in warm water, and then gently flip the shape over the plate.
Ready pudding pour with strawberry sauce.
