Good morning my friends and happy weekend, today we will create something special delicious and believe me it’s 1000 times more easy than you think , so let’s do It together

Ingredients

600 gr. ground beef (or preferably half beef, half pork)
2 grated onions
1/4 bunch parsley, only the leaves, finely chopped
2-3 tbsp. fresh chopped mint (optional)
3 medium slices of bread (2-3 days), only the crumb, soaked and squeezed
1 egg
2 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. oregano or dried thyme
Salt Pepper
180 gr. kefalograviera or cheddar (or other yellow cheese of your choice)
1 chopped green pepper (optional)

Preparation

Put the minced meat in a large bowl, gradually add all the ingredients of the recipe (except the cheese and pepper), mix and knead very well. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and put it in the fridge for 30 l to incorporate the flavors. Take it out of the fridge and knead the minced meat again.
Shape into wide burgers and place in the middle the cheese you have cut into sticks or square pieces and, optionally, a little chopped pepper. Re-shape the burgers so that the cheeses are closed and do not spill during baking. Bake your burgers on the coals or on the grill of your oven.

Tip: The secret to fluffy meatballs and burgers is the very kneading of the minced meat mixture.

Enjoy this my friends and stay safe and healthy

My best wishes from Greece for the best weekend

Seems delicious! I always wanted to make my own burger patty but meat in my place is expensive.
