I think we're going to make this an annual tradition. On Christmas Eve, we made Red & Green Surf & Turf.
We had some lobster tails in the freezer that we bought on sale several months earlier and didn't want to freezer burn.
We "Steemed" them with some shrimp and broccoli spears (The broccoli was a little over cooked but still good). We served them with grilled bone-in pork chops and a baked potato.
It was a feast worthy of the holidays, And perfect for our first Christmas in Alaska.
