1⁄2 cup half-and-half
1 tablespoon sugar
1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla
1 sandwich ziploc bag
1 gallon ziploc bag
3 cups crushed ice
1⁄3 cup rock salt

Steps to Success

  1. Combine the half and half, sugar and vanilla extract in the pint-size bag and seal tightly.
  2. Place the salt and ice in the gallon-size bag, then place the sealed smaller bag inside of the gallon-size bag.
  3. Seal the larger bag.
  4. Now shake the bags until the mixture hardens, about 5-10 minutes.
    (You can feel the smaller bag to determine when it’s firmed up and ready to eat.)
  5. Take the smaller bag out of the larger one, add your favorite toppings...
  6. Make more for your friends cause your a good person!
