Materials and Spices Abon Chilli:
250 gr red curly pepper
10 pieces of red chili
7 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon perce of fine pepper
1 tsp salt peres
Sugar to taste
How To Make Chilli Abon:
- Wash the pepper and curly pepper, drain.
- Slices all over the chili and thinly sliced garlic. Spread it all in a baking sheet. Dry in the sun (between 4 days to a week, every day on the back to dry evenly)
- After drying, blend until slightly smooth.
- Roasted chilli roasted and add all remaining ingredients for about 5 minutes with low heat.
- Chill until completely cold. Put it in a tightly sealed container. Store in refrigerator.
- Abon chili ready to serve.
