Milk pie
ingredients :
- 125 gr of butter in a frozen / cold state
- 1 tbsp sugar refined
- 250 gr tpg triangle blueutk fillingnya:
- 3 btr kng eggs
- 200 g sweetened condensed milk
- 100 ml of water
How to make :
- Preheat oven with temperature 160'c .... prepare mold pie apply butter ... wear mold pie diameter 5cm.sisihkan
- Pot butter to uk small ± 2 x 2 ,,,, prepare a bowl ,,, input tpg flour, butter, sugar .... aduk2 using spatula or chopped using a pastry knife until the dough looks clot.
- Stir the dough and coagulate until the dough is fused.
- Prepare a bowl ,,,, enter egg kng, sweetened condensed milk, water mix until well blended, strain dough.sisihkan.
- Put the skin dough into the pie mold ,,,,, press 2 dough with the fingertips until all the surface of the mold is covered, .... pour the milk dough on top ,,, bake 30 minutes or until cooked.
