Teler ice
Ingredients:
- Young coconut, 1 piece, rake the meat
- Avocado, 1 piece, rake the flesh
- Jackfruit, 10 seeds, thinly sliced
- 500 ml sugar syrup
- Kolang-kaling sweet, 15 seeds, thinly sliced
- Ice shaved to taste
- Sweetened condensed milk to taste
Sugar Syrup Material:
- Sugar, 100 grams
- Coconut water (or plain water) 400 ml
How to make:
- Put in a glass, young coconut, Avocado, jackfruit, and fro. Pour the sugar syrup and kucuri sweetened condensed milk.
- Serve while cold with shaved ice.
