Padang special minced curry
Padang's typical minced curry is a dish made with meat-based ingredients plus coconut milk combined with typical Padang spices. Enjoyed with warm white rice will certainly make it more addictive.

Ingredients
500 g beef with fat
750 ml of water
250 ml thick coconut milk
2 sheets of turmeric leaves tie a knot
2 stalks of crushed lemongrass
2 pieces of cardamom
2 cm galangal crushed
4 pieces of lime leaves, remove the bones
1 piece of star anise
2 tbsp cinnamon
1 fruit tamarind kandis
sufficient amount of oil
to taste sugar, salt, powdered broth

100 g curly chilies
10 pieces of cayenne pepper
10 pieces of red onion
5 cloves of garlic
1 knuckles turmeric
1 knuckle ginger
1 piece of nutmeg if half the size

How to make
Step 1
Heat the oil, saute ground spices until fragrant, add lemongrass, lime leaves, galangal, cardamom, cinnamon, deaf, kandis acid, turmeric leaves, sauté until the spices are cooked
Step 2
Add the meat and stir well until it changes color, then pour in the water, add sugar, salt, mushroom broth, cover the pan and let it cook until the meat is tender
Step 3
After the meat is tender, pour the coconut milk, keep stirring so the coconut milk doesn't break, wait until it boils, don't forget to taste test, if the taste is just right, remove and serve.
