Ingredients:-
- 1/2 cup of cream.
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder.
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar.
- 5 scoops vanilla ice cream.
- 1 bottle stout.
Method:-
MAKES 3 SERVINGS.
For chocolate foam, place cream in a blender.
Sift cocoa powder and sugar over cream. Blend on speed until mixture begins to thicken and looks foamy.
Scoop ice cream into three glasses, pour over ice cream. Top with chocolate foam.
Stout float is ready serve immediately.
