Hi dear steemians!I don't know how was your Christmas break but mine was filled with a lot homemade food. In that special time at my parents home we make lots of traditional dishes and cakes. While visiting friends, lots of food will also be served, so how to say "no" and stay lean? You actually can't:) So my approach is to clean my body with a tasty cleaning smoothie. How about this one made of beetroot?
Mix in a food processor:
- 1 raw beetroot
- 2 bananas
- 1 big apple
- small piece gigner
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 lime (juice)
- 1,5 l coconut yoghurt (for 4 glasses smoothie)
- 1/2 cup hemp seeds
- water

That looks great. Actually, my old sister is suffering from cancer, so she is trying to eat vegetable-based foods which many people recommend like beetroot, ginger, raspberries.... Thanks.
I am so sorry about your sister. Read about Vitamine B17 (amigdalina) which decay of cancer cells (it's not a pharma philosophy)
and she should take a lot of natural vitamin C to strength her immune system.
So I DO KNOW what would sound good.

This looks yummy! I've never tried beetroot in a smoothie before :)
it gives you a nice colour but you have to reduce the specific taste of beetroot which is quite dominate.
I cant wait to try making one of this.
