White asparagus and white chocolate ice cream in a black sesame shell with Krystal Osetra Caviar and grated white chocolate. It's the perfect frozen, sweet, and salty bite. The powder is sesame and asparagus juice based. This dish was a collaboration between Executive Chef Mark Hellyar and Pastry Chef Maree Rogers.
