Good question. When I first moved to my current altitude, I had to make some adjustments, but not many. Now it seems my recipes are all adjusted for highish altitude (I live at about 4500 feet above sea level) I've never tried bagels before--I'd love to see a post about it from you so I can give it a whirl.
I am at sea level here, so if I can't get it right, then I better do something else. If you follow me, you can see me post my recipes with photos and explanations.
