Detox Summer Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 apple, cored
½ of large papaya
2 bananas
3 cups of almond milk
2 tablespoons of almond butter

Method:


Removed your seeds from papaya.
Cut all the fruits.
Blend them in a blender.
Serve immediately.
If you want to remove butter then it’s OK.

That's awesome and yes in summer we need more fruit and liquid stuff because in summer season our body face more dehydration issues so to stay hydrate we need these organic fruits stuff which will give great essence and healthy essence too.
