Dip of Red Beans
Ingredients:
One tin of boiled red kidney beans
3 garlic cloves
1 tea spoon of ground coriander
Half tea spoon of ground cumin
2 small spoon of olive oil
1 tea spoon of lemon juice
Salt -
Black pepper
Mash all the beans well with fork.
Mix all remaining ingredients and add salt and pepper in it as your taste.
It’s ready to serve with your favourite food.
