Ingredients:
2 cup apple juice
1 ½ cup yogurt
1 bowl strawberries.
1 large mango.
Method:
Cut all of the above.
Blend them all.
Add ice if needed.
Enjoy.
This is a very nutritious and caloric drink if you want to skip mango than it is fine because mango contain a lot of calories.
