    I love Biryani Rice with pieces of chopped meat and chicken but you have to be very careful. One night , we had a young woman come to prepare us a large amount of it. We had some the night before, and it was amazingly delicious. The very next morning though, the whole thing was found to be spoiled. This Indian guest said that she had inadvertently placed it on too low a flame over night and that is why it went rotten. Too bad
