Aloha!
Today I’d like to share a quick spicy red shrimps recipe that I just made for lunch. I took some store-bought frozen red shrimps and thaw it in cold water. Then, I brown up some basic ingredients before adding the shrimps. Then garnished with some cilantro, green onions and shirano peppers.
Here are the ingredients:
Chopped garlic
Crushed black peppers
Chopped cilantros
Chopped green onions
Chopped shirano peppers
Chopped tomato
Half teaspoon sugar
Half teaspoon fish sauce or salt
If shrimps frozen, thaw it out by soaking in cold water for a few minutes...
Sauté garlic, black peppers, cilantros, green onions and shirano for two minutes...
Then add shrimps. Let cook for a few minutes...
Then add tomato and fish sauce or salt. Let cook for no more than one minute...
That’s it. Let’s plate and throw on garnish...
I like to put shrimps aside and pour all juice and sauce into my rice..,
And there you have it friends, a very delicious and spicy jumbo red shrimps and rice for lunch! What do you think?! Is this something you might enjoy or would you prefer something completely different for lunch?! Either way, enjoy your Saturday!
Until we meet again, have a wonderful day.
Aloha!
