Thank you for the amazing smoothie recipe Amy ♥ I always soak nuts and legumes before using them for my recipes. But as a snack they are very difficult for me to digest, so I'm trying to eat less :)

Ohh that's a shame. also when soaked and dried? I love my cashew nuts... one of my fav fast food snacks hehe.
