So I did it. I tried haggis the last time I was in Scotland. My friends insisted so I took a bite. The flavor wasn’t bad. It’s was the texture...I couldn’t quite place it, but not sure that I want to!!
I also had the beef pie that night with mash and peas. That was really good!

I had to google haggis as i was curios, the ingredients seems fine to me, but the way it look put me off, hehe. Im not picky but i want to see some colors, this is lacking it. Nevertheless, i will give it a try for experience, lol. Thanks for sharing.
I had a friend who traveled through Europe last summer and she also tried it while in Scotland. She also tried Blood Sausage...I think that was in Ireland. She said she actually enjoyed both. I would definitely give the local foods a try wherever I wandered, looks and sounds fun!! :)
