I often buy Fornetti of all kinds. I like it very much. Recently I decided to make cheese Fornetti at home. I think it were tasty
Today I would like to show to make the cheese Fornetti . I share with you this my tasty recipe! Preparation goodies you will not take much time...
Ingredients :
- 250ml milk
- 4 spoon of butter
- 200g very fine flour
- 4 pcs of chicken eggs
- 1 teaspoonful of mustard (Dijon)
- 150g of grated cheese
- salt
- pepper
- garlic
Recipe with pictures:
1.) Bring a milk and butter to the boil. Immediately add a very fine flour, salt and pepper. All mix well and cook it over a low heat a few minutes. Let the dough cool down for a while.
2.) Add the eggs to the dough and all mix well. Then to add the cheese and mustard.
3.) Make a small scoop of dough and put it on a baking paper
4.) Bake it in a preheated oven set to 200C for 25 minutes
5.) Smear Fornetti with garlic butter and fresh parsley after the cooking
