The expression "we are what we eat" is known by many. In fact, our health and well being are intimate with the quality of the food we eat.The basis for this lies in the fact that our body is made up of chemical substances. These substances come together to form the cells. These in turn will form the tissues that will make up our organs. Our constitutional base, therefore, is pure chemistry.
The food then will supply the nutrients to form our body. Nutrients are substances in foods: carbohydrates, fats, proteins, among others, that will be used by the body to constitute our cells, as well as to perform vital functions, making our body function properly.
In this way, we need to keep in mind that the health of our body is directly related to the quality of the material we provide to make it. Just like building building! If we want to have a safe building, we must use quality material in its construction. The better the material, but safe the building! That's our body! If we want a healthy and resistant body, we must provide it with the best quality nutrients.!
