These pictures are amazing and the pancakes look delicious! A food challenge is a great idea!
I can definitely relate to being far away from family, I have close family in different countries, my mom in France and my dad in Dubai. When I first left for college the separation from family was a bit rough but it just makes you cherish the moments you spend with family even more!
