Recently, the "Gelato Festival Warsaw" took place, in which I took part. This contest is one of the most important events in my life. The first professional competition on which I made my own ice cream of Catalan cream with passion fruit mousse. I have not won, but I am very happy with the result I achieved. I gained experience.
