Gule pliek typical food aceh

Gule pliek is a typical food of aceh people from the past until now.what makes this gule pliek special is from the marinade that comes from pliek.
Pliek is a half-rotten coconut which is then processed or ground by machine until it is destroyed so we can not smell The stench.

Once destroyed coconut pulp was then dried in the sun to solid, and then so pliek.
Pliek is added in aceh typical food with other spices so that the food is called kuah pliek.
