Thank You for the #TIP of using Cooking #wine prior (and SALT). Then I'll be primed, before I begin.

And the Grocery #Shopping tip, too - you say, "use the long-grained rice". Will Look forward to trying this #Chinese dish.

I've eaten in many Chinese restaurants -- and have so loved "egg drop soup", over the years
(when I ate the #soup at a Chinese restaurant, I did not realize about the Tofu... what it was ! HA! Of course, I do know now )
