Ingredients needed for this egg salad;
• 6 small eggs,
• yoghurt mayonaise and
• herbs. (I used a mixture of dried grounded garlic and pepper.)
Put water on the stove and let it cook (When you put the eggs in straight away without cooking the water it is harder to peel the eggs). Now put the eggs in and let it cook for 14 till 16 minutes. Depands on how hard boiled you like the eggs. Take the eggs out of the boiling water and let them cool, this can also be done in cold water.
Peel the eggs and put them in in a bowl, add the yoghurt mayonnaise, the grounded garlic and pepper. Take a spoon or a vork to mix and cut the eggs in small pieces. And your egg salad is ready.
