This salad dish consists of 3 salads; a potato salad, rice salad and a tomato salad. This dish is easy to make and looks great as an extra dish on your table.
For the potatosalad you will need a couple of potatoes, yoghurt mayonaise, vegetable oil and spices. The spices I used for this salad is a mixture of pepper, garlic and fresh parsley. Start with peeling the potatoes, cut them in small pieces and cook them for about 20 minutes. Let them cool off and start with mixing the spices. Put some vegetable oil in a bowl, add the spices and the yoghurt mayonaise and stirr. Taste the sauce if the flavor is good. When the potatoes are cooled off, mix it together and the salad is ready to go on the plate.
