RE: PRIVATE DINNER FUNCTION

in #food7 years ago (edited)

@allasyummyfood Everything looks absolutely delicious - and yes you have made me hungry lol... it is 11.57am here in Cape Town and I have not eaten anything yet... so I am officially salivating over your pictures. lol

I love how you use the edible flowers on your plate. It adds such a magical addition to the presentation of the food over all. To me... having a balance of colour on a plate of food is EXTREMELY important! I am no chef, but I do love to cook and entertain.

That soup looks super delicious too - but yes, VERY time consuming!! Although I am certain it was worth the effort!

Nowhere near as grand as yours, but I shared one of my all time favourite weekly meals the other day - which is our "steak night" so I thought I would share it with you... https://steemit.com/food/@jaynie/what-s-cooking-good-looking-steak-night

I am going to be cooking something fun up tonight and posting it a bit later... I am not one to follow recipes, I kind of just "go with the flow" of what takes my fancy at any particular time, so if it is successful and you would like... I can share it with you a little later!

Lovely post. I look forward to your next one. You are very fortunate to be able to cook for people at private functions... it says a lot about the standard and quality of your food and skills!

Much love xxx
