This mixture is enough for ... I wanted thin brownies and I used a large cookie tray not too high (or deep) but you could make the brownie in a deep glass refractory to make it more chubby and fluffy (you would have to bake it longer) or also in individual using the molds for cupcakes (you can use caps if you want).
we will need:
220g bitter chocolate
170 g of unsalted butter or 240 g of unsalted margarine.
200 g of egg (4 units)
Sugar 325g
15 g vanilla
230 g of flour
45 g of cocoa
7 g of baking powder
Pinch of salt.
Steps:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Varnish and flour the mold you are going to use
Melt the butter, chocolate and brown sugar in a bain-marie, mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained
In another bowl mix the eggs and vanilla
Join the two mixtures and mix well, then add the flour and salt, mix with the wooden palette until you get a mixture.
Pour over the mold and bake for 30-40 minutes until when you insert a wooden stick it comes out dry.
Cool a little before chopping or unmolding.
7 ) And decorate this brownie. For example.
