The dumpling looks so delicious with the golden crispy crust. And your tutorial doesn't seems complicated to make our own dumplings. But I think the skills to prepare a good filling really tricky for people who seldom cook like me. Easy to do but hard to prepare a delicious filling. Thanks for your sharing @nancylee
