My Own Recipe Of Healthy Foods (Sweet Shrimp With Fresh Chicken Liver)

Six week health Challenge is one of the challenge that we can put our passion, heart and time. Because this sixweekhealth challenge motivated us and helping us to make a better person in terms of health and preparing quality diet foods for our health.
For this time I would like to thank with all my heart to @healthsquared with our beautiful lovely @sweetsssj to make this challenge more favorable to all who participate, because we are shared our healthy tips and we educated to how to prepared healthy foods in our home for our family and relative or even with friends. And now I hardheartedly dedicated this entry to all of you loving foods people my own “recipe” of Sweet Shrimp with Chicken liver, It was healthy food and also good for your diet, and also it is easy to cook, remember the ingredient of this recipe was high in vitamins and minerals so i suggest to try this and for your you have a great delicious taste. |I

Here’s The Ingredient:

¼ shrimp or 10 pcs

¼ chicken liver, sliced

1 carrots, sliced as you want to design

½ lettuce sliced

1 pc garlic sliced

1 pc union diced

2 tsp cornstarch

1 cup lemon juice this is to taste sweet but if you want add honey, it is your choice.

1 cup water with the flour

Salt and pepper (not include in the picture)

1 cup sitsaro (Pisum sativum) or field peas, this is the most expensive vegetable legume in the Philippines.

1 tsp olive oil
1 boiled eggs sliced in 4 pc

Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a wok or pan sauté the garlic and onion until the union and garlic becomes brown.

  1. Add the shrimp and sauté for 2 minutes then add lemon juice as shown below. for another 1 minute, after that bring out to the wok or pan, clean the wok or pan, put 1 tsp olive oil and sauté the fresh chicken liver for 3 minute until it’s color brown. Then bring out to the wok or pan.

This photo below is the fresh liver saute until it cook and the bring the wok before mix to the shrimp and other ingredient.

  1. Put-in the carrots and saute and let cook for 2 minutes until it's become half cooked.

  1. Put the shrimp and the chicken liver with 1 cup of water and bring to a boil. Cover the pot and simmer for 5 minutes.

  1. Add the 1 cup lemon juice then sprinkle at the pot add some salt and pepper.

  2. Add the sitsaro (field peas) and

  1. Cover the pot and simmer for 5 minutes or until vegetables are cooked
  2. Dilute the cornstarch in ¼ cup of water then pour mixture in the pot. Mix well. Then bring out to the plate or bowl

  1. Add lettuce sliced and boiled sliced eggs on the top serve hot. Share and Enjoy!

Hello my inspiration thanks for the complements. how are you? but if you want to gone you allergy on shrimp try to eat 1/2 tsp of sugar before you eat shrimp and your allergy will be gone. fore sure. @purepinay.
