RESEP CEKER SETAN TULANG LUNAK, GURIH PEDASSSSS!!
Suka sekali dengan camilan ceker pedas? Kenapa tak coba buat sendiri di rumah? Ceker enak banget jika dimakan tanpa repot memilih tulangnya. Untuk itu, kamu bisa memasak ceker tulang lunak agak semua bagian ceker tetap bisa dimakan.
Bahan-bahan:
- 300 gr ceker atau secukupnya, potong kuku dan bersihkan kulitnya
- 1 batang serai, memarkan
- 2 sdm kecap manis
- 2 sdm kecap asin
- 2 batang daun bawang, potong-potong
- air secukupnya
Bumbu halus:
- 3 siung bawang putih
- 3 siung bawang merah
- 15 buah cabai rawit
- 2 buah cabai merah
- 2 butir kemiri
- 1 sdm gula pasir
- 1/2 sdt pala bubuk
- garam secukupnya
- penyedap rasa (optional)
Cara membuat:
Masukkan ceker dalam panci presto hingga terendam. Masukkan 1 sdt garam dan 2 siung bawang putih yang dimemarkan. Masak ceker dalam presto kurang lebih 40 menit.
Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum, masukkan serai, tumis lagi hingga harum. Tuang sedikit air, biarkan hingga mendidih.
Masukkan ceker presto dan masak bersama bumbu. Masukkan kecap manis, kecap asin, garam dan gula. Masak hingga kuah berkurang dan mengental. Masukkan potongan daun bawang, tunggu hingga layu dan matikan api.
Ceker setan tulang lunak siap sajikan sebagai lauk atau camilan keluarga.
