I am not a good cook but I like making an experimental dish or sweets.
I tried cooking adobo and it was my first time cooking it but I know the recipe of it because I saw my mom cooking the original dish. Since I know the conventional adobo I tried cooking it my own recipe .
HOW TO COOK ADOBO ?
First , you need to buy a soft and tender pork meat and some ingredients.
Ingredients
- half kilo of pork tender meat
- garlic
- soy sauce
- vinegar
- calamansi or lemon
- oyster sauce
- salt
- oil
If you have gathered all the ingredients you may start with marinating the pork meat. Marinating can make the meat tasty.
Before marinating , wash and cut your pork into adobo sizes. After that , you should put all the ingredients together and mix it well. The seasoning depends on your taste. In my case I did not measure it but I tried tasting the marinating sauce. Anyway, I put an oyster sauce in my pork meat and that was my experiment.
Try to leave the marinated meat for a few minutes so that the pork meat will absorb the marinated sauce. It can make the adobo tastier and delicious.
After marinating , you can fry the adobo until it turns brown. You can serve it with your own sauce.
This is my final product of adobo with oyster sauce. My dish was a success. The combination of oyster sauce was perfect for our taste buds. This adobo will make you eat more rice . 😂😂
Anyway, that would be my experimental dish with oyster sauce and you can also try it at home.
Do you have some experimental dishes ? Please share your own recipe in the comment section. I would love to hear from you.
