Ingredients
4 eggs
2 tablespoons rice flour (dissolved with water)
4 tbsp coconut (roasted)
2 spring onions
2 celery stalks
4 pieces of red curly pepper (sliced)
Sufficient salt, sugar & royco
Ground spices :
5 pieces of red onion
3 pieces of garlic
1 segment of turmeric
1 tsp coriander
2 pieces of candlenuts
Stage 1
1.Sangrai coconut. Mix all ingredients, mix only slowly so as not to foam. If the foam later eggs will deflate after being cooked.

Heat Teflon with medium heat tends to be less easily burned and cooked evenly. Give a little oil and flatten.

Turn slowly so that the egg is not destroyed. I turned it back using a cooking oil filter until cooked evenly.
