Some food items have been created for each other, while certain combinations can cause health problems, so they should be avoided.

When is it best to eat a tree, and what does not go with eggs and milk? Not only can the mixture of certain groups of fruits and vegetables be unhealthy, but it can also be fatal. So lets ease it down ehh?

Various studies indicate that eating more than two of these foods at the same time can cause anxiety disorders in adults and severe poisoning in children, which can be very dangerous.

The problem is that different food groups require a different digestion time. The right combination makes the body fit and utilize the nutritional value as much as possible. Food combining theory is often difficult to understand. However, what we can understand is that there are several factors such as the pH level and its role in digestion.

Proteins require an acidic environment to be digested. On the other hand, carbohydrates and greases require a basic environment. When proteins and carbohydrates are consumed at the same time this can tear the digestion process, causing brink, gas, and lowering the ability to absorb nutrients.

You should not combine any of the foods listed below:

Milk oranges

If you are a person who accompanies cereals or orange juice, then you should immediately stop it! Orange with milk causes intestinal narrowing, mixing and infection. When the orange juice and milk mix into the stomach, digestion becomes difficult, especially in the case of children.

Bananas and pudding

The result of this combination causes stomach irritation in adults, slows brain work and increases the production of toxins, which in the case of children can be very dangerous.

Orange with carrot

Although this combination is very popular in countries where natural juices are sold, taking both leads to heartburn, excess bile acid, and kidney damage, which is also the source of the most serious illness.

Pineapple with milk

If you combine ananas with milk or yoghurt, due to the presence of bromelain in ananas, it causes the body to blur. You will have mixed, acid in the stomach, headache, stomach pain and may develop infection in the gut or diarrhea. Now imagine what causes babies.

Lemon papaya

This combination makes the blood develop anemia and hemoglobin problems. To avoid any risk, do not risk giving it to your child too.

Soy milk with eggs

Soy milk contains many nutritional values ​​including proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals. If you drink alone, without combining it with other foods is very precious to your health. However, if consumed together with eggs, it reduces the activity of the protease, which helps the body assimilate the protein.

Vegetables and fruits

Fruits have a lot of sugar and therefore vegetables can not be properly dissolved when combined. They stay in the stomach, producing many toxins and promoting the appearance of many diseases such as stomach pain, infections, diarrhea and headache.

Foods that should not be consumed together

  1. Carbohydrates and acidic foods should never be consumed together. Do not eat bread, rice or potatoes with lemon, tomatoes, oranges.

  2. Do not consume concentrated carbohydrate proteins at the same meal. For example, walnuts, meat eggs, cheese or other proteins should not be consumed with bread, potatoes or sweet fruit.

  3. Do not consume more than one protein in the meal. Say no egg-meat, egg-milk, and noodle combination.

  4. Avoid eating fat and protein foods. Do not use butter or butter with eggs, cheese or walnuts.

  5. Do not consume orange, tomato or lemon with meat, eggs or walnuts.

  6. Starch-containing foods should not be consumed with sugars.

Combining food requires time and has difficulty in following it rigorously, but there is still a lot of debate over whether we can benefit from this process or we can lose weight.

Very interesting, I have IBS maybe it's the no cook (jumbo organic oats) comined with the banana (also organic) that I use instead of any other sweetner.

I use organic oaty milk too. yummy.

Come to think of it my aunt had this as well, but english is not my native language, i mean i speak english very well & there isnt much things i dont know but your food system is different i think
