Easy to prepare meal, delicious and cheap.

Ingredients :
-🐔 Chicken steak - 200g (chopped in to thin slices)
- Potato - 1 whole (chopped to thin slices)
- White Radish - 10 thin slices
- Abalone Mushroom - 80g
- Beancurb skin - 80g
- Glass Noodles - 100g
Condiments :
- Sze chuan Pepper - these gives numbing effect , i giving it a 3g - you can always adjust according to your liking
- **Dried Chillies - 4 dried chilli (Add fresh cut chillies if you like)
- 5 spices - include star anise, cinnamon, cao guo
Seasoning :
- Lao Gan Ma - Chilli oil - 2 tablespoon
- Chinese Cooking Wine - 5 tablespoon
- Black vinegar - 3 tablespoon ( add more if you like it more sour)
Cooking -
Step 1 : Add 2 tablespoon cooking oil on sauce pan, add in Peppercorn, dried chilli and 5 spices stir fried till fragrance.
Step 2 : Add chicken, potato, white radish and mushroom. - stir fry for 5mins
Step 3 : Add in all seasoning according to item in sequence above : 1-chilli oil, 2-chinese wine and 3-black vinegar
Lastly put in the noodles of your choice, continue to cook for 5mins and add beancurd skin and toufu.
The portion is sufficient for 2pax.

Not the exact dish, but looking at the ingredients you used and the method, I can get an idea of the flavour. It is sort of a mixture between the spicy fish in broth and kung pao chicken lol
