So simple, yet so delicious and nutritious! I am talking about asparagus. It can be made different ways, but I like grilled and roasted asparagus. This time I was craving roasted asparagus. So I made it with salt, pepper, organic no salt seasoning, olive oil and squeezed lemon, as well as cheese. So very tasty! Delicious!
I prefer to use Parmesan cheese, but since I didn’t have it, I used this Hickory Farms cheese.
And this is the final product - delicious!
However, this didn’t satisfy me totally because I simply cannot live without carbs. So I had a lot of French baguette! What chi do? I love bread, and have to eat it each and every day!

It is just beginning to be the start of asparagus season, although locally-grown stuff is still several months away for me. Your photo made me realize how excited I am to have asparagus again. It's been awhile!
