Frying the grinding of chicken wrapped in the arrowroot is cooked with tangy tomatoes and soy sauce. You will love this great dish of chicken made in Chinese way. You can serve it with rice.
Ingredients of Ginger Garlic Chicken
1 (chopped in a small piece) Chicken
2 table spoon Ararot
1/4 cup oil
1 large onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoon ginger, grater
1 garlic bud, finely chopped sauce:
2 t spoon soy sauce
1/2 cup water
1 table spoon vinegar
¼ cup tomato puree
1 tsp Salt
¼ t spoon black pepper powder
1 te spoon ararot
Ginger garlic powder

Wash and dry the chicken grind well.
Place the arrowroot on a paper or plastic bag and stir well by putting chicken pieces in it.
Take out and flush the excess powder and keep it aside.
Heat oil in a pan. Now, fry the chicken pieces on the first flame until it becomes golden on a light flame.
Squeeze the oil well and take out and keep it aside. Put the chopped onions, garlic in the remaining oil and fry till transparency.
Now add chicken and mix it well. After that put the mixed sauce in it.
Fry the steer until the sauce is thick and serve hot.
