Chicken Sugar is a Mongolian chicken recipe that is cooked with fresh chicken, spices and coconut. This is a dry dish that you can add to your dinner party menu.
1 kg chicken (small pieces)
1 onion (thin pieces)
2 cardamom
1 tsp salt
2 tablespoon oil
To make coconut masala:
2 tablespoon coriander
1/4 tsp cumin seed
1/4 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp black pepper
4 cloves
1 stick cinnamon
10 whole red chillies
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 onion
4-5 garlic bud
1 piece ginger
1 tsp salt
About making chicken drying
- Roast both types of chillies in a pan.
- Roast coriander, cumin, mustard, black pepper, clove, cinnamon, onion, ginger and garlic in a pan.
3.Take all the spices in the jar and add a little water and make Smooth coconut paste. Now heat oil in a vessel and add onion and fry until it becomes golden brown.
4.Add chicken, salt and cardamom in it for 10 minutes. Cook for - Put a powdered masala in it and let it boil. Add grated coconut and let it boil again.
- Once you taste and if you need to add more salt then you can add.
- Hot-hot serve. If you want to put some ghee on top.
