Howdy Steemians?!
Making pork adobo takes a lot of time, and need other ingredients which are oftentimes not available when you're out of supplies in the kitchen. Oftentimes, I ended up cooking fried pork or "pritong pork" instead of adobo, until I become customary with this procedure that I use,to cook fried pork, in an efficient manner.
This simple recipe that I used has gone through a lot of revisions before I achieved the certain kind of flavor which I prefer.

This recipe itself is uncomplex. You can make necessary adjustments on the condiments used for your palate. You may adjust the amount of salt and vinegar. You can also add more onions if you prefer.
Let's do the dish!
The only ingredients we would need are: pork meat, salt, vinegar, cooking oil, and onion.
Put salt on the pork. For the purpose of this video, I put in approximately a tablespoon. You may add more if you want the dish saltier. If you're using a greater amount of pork meat for your dish, then adjust the level of salt that you would put into it.
Next up, place that salted pork in the pan and pour in vinegar. I intentionally use vinegar to tenderize the meat quickly, before pan-frying it. I would suggest that you put just enough of it, matching the level of the pork on the pan. Then let it simmer until the vinegar drains out.
Put a little cooking oil in the pan once the vinegar dries out. The pan fry the pork on each side until the pork turns golden brown. Then add the onions. Stir fry a bit until the onions are cooked. You will notice a fragrant delicious smell that would come out. That is the sign that I would take, a go-signal to serve the dish.
I made a cute youtube vlog about this simple pork recipe. One day, I just decided to document my cooking. Please feel free to take a peek. Enjoy!
